Here you will find all the necessary information to send your return to us. Please read these instructions carefully to help us process your return quickly and smoothly.

Pack your item(s) securely
Please use the same packaging you received it in or an equivalent packaging that keeps the item(s) safe during transport.

Take photos
Before sending your return, please take pictures of the item(s) and the package. Also, keep your return receipt in case our Customer Care team needs to assist you.

We will take care of the return:
Once we have received and processed your return, we will ensure that any refund or adjustment to your invoice is made.

PostNord Parcelshop
Please ensure your parcel is no longer than 150 cm.
You can drop off your return at any nearby PostNord parcel shop.

DPD Parcelshop
Please ensure your parcel does not exceed 100 cm in length.
You can drop off your return at any nearby DPD parcel shop.

Bring Parcelshop
Please ensure your parcel does not exceed 120 cm in length.
You can drop off your return at any nearby Bring parcel shop.

GLS Parcelshop
The maximum parcel length is 200 cm.
You can drop off your return at any nearby GLS parcel shop.

GLS Collection (Pickup Service)
Please ensure your package is no longer than 200 cm.

If you would like us to arrange a pickup from your address, please contact our Customer Care team via our contact form here. Once booked, a GLS courier will collect your parcel, and the return label will be provided upon pickup. Please have your parcel securely packed and ready. If you miss the pickup, GLS will attempt to collect the next working day. You will receive the pickup details by email, and you can always contact your local GLS customer service for additional support.

FedEx Return (Regional Economy)
Please ensure your package is no longer than 270 cm.

FedEx Return (Regional Economy Freight)
Your parcel will have a length between 274 and 320 cm and should not be bent for the return.
Please contact FedEx Customer Service by phone to schedule a pickup. As the parcel exceeds standard dimensions, kindly inform them that this is a freight return, with a parcel length of over 274 cm. FedEx will then provide you with all the necessary instructions.
